The Fall 2009 Transfer Day will be held Thursday, October 29,2009 in the Field House, from 10 am until 1pm.  Over 100 colleges and universities will be represented.

 The Transfer Office would like to welcome all new students to Nassau Community College. To our returning students, it's good to have you back. We invite you to come to our office in Nassau Hall, Room 4A,to become acquainted with the material we have for you. We have a large selection of catalogs from four-year schools. There is a collection of reference materials, including Lovejoy's College Guide, Peterson's College Guide, and the Barron's Books. Information is also available for financial aid for transfer students. We have SUNY applications, CUNY applications, and applications for local private schools. Students must write to other institutions for their applications.   

 The SUNY application fee is $40.00 per school. Nassau graduates may apply to up to 4 SUNY schools and have this fee waived by completing the appropriate section in the SUNY application.

The CUNY transfer application fee is $70.00. This must be a bank check - personal checks are not accepted. CUNY applications and initial transcripts are sent to the: CUNY Processing Center P.O. Box 359023 Brooklyn, N.Y. 11235. CUNY Central Phone number is 212-997-2869
